A dance between realms, a calling in of ancient and unseen support, a prayer in trance.
I’ve been journeying like this for ages, lifetimes even, just as my Norse ancestors did in their sacred ceremonies of Seiðr. Receiving guidance from my ancient indigenous ancestors, maintaining a vibrant and dynamic connection with the Mystery, and studying traditions from other, living lineages allows me to offer myself in service in these ways.

Wolf — Gather Your Kin
A Personal, 1:1 Four-Part Shamanic Journeywork and Integration Series.
This offering is meant to help you to orient yourself within your own spiritual landscape. It is a deep dive into the shamanic realms to connect you to the codex of YOU, through the guidance of various guides and allies, who are available to support you, right now, on your path.
Over the course of two months, we will meet a total of eight times, alternating between journey sessions (75 minutes) and integration sessions (45 minutes). Because of the nature of the shamanic journey and working in the non-ordinary realms, there’s much that we can’t know until we start our work together. You can, however, expect to connect with animal and plant kin, receive insight from a past life, and learn something about yourself through ancestral memory.
During the journeywork sessions, we will orient our bodies and our fields to the realms we’ll be opening. I will journey with the drum, and return with the transmission. I’ll guide you in receiving that transmission, and we’ll discuss how to land the journey and start to build a relationship with your new allies. We’ll discuss your evolution, observations, and experiences in an integration session following each journey.

Hummingbird — Find Your Journey
A Personal, 1:1 Four-Part Didactic and Experiential Journey Training Series.
This one-on-one teaching container is available to anyone who has done a minimum of two Shamanic Journey sessions with me.
This offering is about personal empowerment. It’s about you reclaiming your spiritual agency, and gaining the skills and the experience to be able to bring your questions directly to the shamanic realms.
Over the course of two months, I will teach you techniques for safe and successful journeys, and I’ll guide you in opening up the shamanic realms. You’ll be fully supported as you begin to do your own spiritual exploration. After completing four of your own journeys in our journey sessions and meeting for four integration calls, you will be ready to use your skills to gain clarity during times of confusion, to explore more deeply the important themes in your life, to learn more about yourself, and to navigate challenging situations as they come up.

Whale — Into the Depths with Cacao
A Personal, 1:1 Three-Part Ceremonial Container.
Cacao is a medicine of opening and connection, and my personal relationship with her is one of great depths. With the support of cacao, smudge, song, and a deep ceremonial container, you will be invited to see and feel parts of yourself that may otherwise have gone unknown.
We will meet in ceremony three times. After feeling into your field, I’ll prepare the cacao and other ingredients that you’ll need for our three ceremonies, and your fourth, personal ceremony. I’ll mail these to you, along with brewing instructions, and you’ll prepare your cacao before each ritual.
Each ceremony (75 minutes) is followed by an Integration session (45 minutes) the week after. You are welcome to come into this space with an intention or focus, or allow the prayer to reveal itself through the medicine.

Puma — Embody your power
A Personal, 1:1 Four-Session Reiki Series.
In this container, we will work with the Universal Healing Energy of Reiki, combined with the healing power of certain channeled plants and different Shamanic Energy Medicine techniques, to bring your heart, body and mind into balance and alignment. Each of the four sessions is 60 minutes, and includes 30 minutes of energy medicine and 30 minutes of pre and post session discussion and integration.
In the first session we will clear and balance your seven Ñawi energy centers (similar to chakra system). The second session will focus on cleansing and repairing your energy body. The third session is tending to the emotional body. We finish the work in the fourth session by revitalizing your organism with energy, strength and vitality. Psychic readings may come through at any point, and they will be shared at the finish of each session.

In these sessions, I’m channeling restorative Universal Reiki Energy, while also applying various shamanic techniques. I call on the healing medicines of specific plants to support and nourish our work together. Psychic readings are often received and shared.
Sessions include about 30 minutes of energy medicine and 15 minutes both before and after for connection and integration.
Can be done in person on Kaua’i, or remotely. I offer reiki for all living beings, including our plant and animal friends.

Cacao supported healing is an invitation for you to dive deep into yourself, with the loving support of Ancestral Cacao Medicine and the careful guidance of a shamanic practitioner and Cacao steward, in a sacred ritual container. Cacao will help remove barriers and open you up as you explore your Truth through self-inquiry, guided meditations, somatic exercises and journaling. Cacao and I will always work together to meet you where you are, and gently guide you as you discover your own next stepping stone.
I will send you ceremonial cacao and other herbs that have been selected and attuned just for you, with brewing instructions, for you to prepare before our meeting.

The energy medicine of the Andes has been safe-guarded and cared for over millennia, and it is an honor for me to practice and share these ancient healing modalities. This is a tradition that is deeply connected to the earth, to Pachamama, to the Apus, and all of the powerful medicine of nature and her spirits. I was given the gift of mentoring with Healer Pampamesayok Don Augustín and his family in the Q’eros Nation of Peru, and after studying with them for four years, I have received the training, energetic transmissions, initiations and permissions to carry out this work.
A healing session can be performed in person or remotely, with the intention of moving heavy energy and restoring balance to the body, resulting in emotional, spiritual and physical healing.

In ceremony, my flow with cacao is through the shamanic journey. First, we create a safe container by sharing a piece of ourselves and calling in the directions, committing to the space and to each other—committing to the journey. We are cleansed and purified with copal and palo santo in a traditional sahumación, and we then prepare the psyche and the body to receive the medicine. Cacao is allowed to work through us and within us as we are guided on a shamanic journey to connect with the plant spirit. After sharing our experiences and allowing ourselves to be witnessed, there is space for integration through musical expression with medicine songs and drumming.
Engaging with cacao in ceremony is an opportunity to dive deep while being held by community. Where three or more are gathered, the prayers are multiplied. When we sit together consciously and intentionally, big magic can happen and big medicine can be received.

The Despacho (or Haywariqui) ceremony comes from the Paqo Kuna tradition of the high Andes Mountains in Peru, and this sacred ritual has been passed down for generations and generations, coming to us from the Pre-Inca. It is a beautiful and elaborate offering to the land, to the Spirits, and to all beings, helping us to enter into Ayni, or right relationship and reciprocity, with Pachamama, our animal allies, the Apus, the sacred directions, and with ourselves.
A despacho ceremony can carry a particular intention, such as bringing health to a family member or to support a sacred water source, or it can be a general act of goodness and sweetness, helping to bring love and balance to all systems.
As a mesa carrier, I was trained and given the transmissions and permissions from Don Augustín and his family in Q’eros Nation to carry out this sacred offering in a good way.

This is a sacred haywariqui Despacho ceremony (see above) with a very special and powerful intention.
For the people of Q’eros, there only exists two types of energy, sami and hucha. Hucha is dense energy that can cause us to become unwell, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Hucha can be passed down to us from our ancestral lineage, and it grows in power and strength with each generation. In this ceremony, we will create an offering to clear the hucha generated by our ancestors, releasing them and ourselves from the dense energy we carry, and help guide their souls back to Hanaq Pacha, the upper world, where they may continue on their journeys in a good way. It is a beautiful gift to our ancestors and to ourselves.
I was given the training, transmissions and permissions to hold this sacred ceremony by Don Augustín and his family in Q’eros Nation, and I do this work humbly, with great gratitude and respect for their teachings.
