I honor all that my heart is feeling, and all of the grief that I have carried. My heart is strong and beautiful, and I give her permission to be fully felt. Thank you Bear for holding me in safety as I allow myself to sink into the tender spaces of my being, and for reminding me to nourish and rest as I give myself the time and space I need. I am healing. And so it is.
