This blend of trophorestorative and sedative nervine herbs and full spectrum CBD work synergistically to support deep and restorative sleep. My Ritual: Rest lives on my nightstand. When I feel especially in need of a good night’s sleep, or if I feel “wired & tired” for whatever reason, I will take ½ to one full dropper. I also take ½ dropper if I wake up in the middle of the night, and it helps me to ease gently back to sleep. If I take it too late in the night and my sleep cycle is interrupted by my wake up alarm, I will end up feeling groggy, so I always make sure I have a full 4 hours to continue sleeping. A full dropper has also helped me in the past with acute anxiety, calming panic attacks, and severe menstrual cramps.
